The Royal Twirling Association is now the official UK member of the MWF. For the first time, our dancers can represent the United Kingdom on the world stage, and the search for the squad starts here.
It is with enormous pride that the Royal Twirling Association confirms its acceptance into the Majorette Sport World Federation, the international governing body for the sport, as the official member for the United Kingdom.
Joining the world federation is the proudest moment in our short history. The United Kingdom now has its place among the world's twirling nations, and this is only the beginning.

Dancers registered through an RTA-affiliated troupe, across all eight disciplines and every age division.

Three age categories
Cadets (7 to 11), Juniors (12 to 15) and Seniors (16 and over). You audition within your own age group on the day.

The Royal Twirling Association has been formally admitted to the Majorette-Sport World Federation, granted and signed by the President herself. It is a genuine honour, and the start of the UK's place among the world's majorette nations.

Where Team UK is heading.
Our sights are set on the World Championship. We are giving the squad the time to train, prepare and do the United Kingdom proud on its debut, so our first world stage is in 2027.
