Ticket Refund Policy
Our policy on spectator ticket refunds for RTA competitions and events.
Last updated: April 2026
1. Overview
This policy applies to spectator tickets purchased for Royal Twirling Association (RTA) competitions and events through the RTA website.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms set out in this policy.
2. No Refunds
All spectator ticket sales are final. The RTA does not offer refunds on purchased tickets under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Inability to attend the event.
- Travel disruption or personal circumstances.
- Dissatisfaction with the event.
- Purchasing the wrong number of tickets.
- Duplicate purchases.
3. Event Cancellation
In the unlikely event that the RTA cancels an event entirely (not a postponement or schedule change), the RTA will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 14 working days.
If an event is postponed or rescheduled to a different date, tickets will remain valid for the new date. No refunds will be issued for rescheduled events.
4. Transfers
Tickets are non-transferable. Each ticket includes a unique QR code tied to the purchaser's details. Tickets cannot be resold, gifted, or transferred to another person.
5. Lost Tickets
If you lose access to your tickets, you can retrieve them at any time by visiting royaltwirlingassociation.co.uk/tickets/find and entering the email address used at purchase. A link to your tickets will be emailed to you.
The RTA is not responsible for tickets that cannot be retrieved due to an incorrect email address provided at the time of purchase.
6. Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact admin@royaltwirlingassociation.co.uk within 7 days of purchase with your order details. The RTA will investigate and respond within 5 working days.
Chargebacks raised without first contacting the RTA may result in the associated tickets being cancelled.
