Card details are handled by Stripe. We never see them.

We hold each dancer’s name and date of birth so we can place them in the right age group and put them in the running order, and your details as the contact for the day. We keep it for three years after the last entry. You can ask us for a copy, or ask us to delete it, at any time: admin@royaltwirlingassociation.co.uk.
